Mudslide Cocktail

Mudslide cocktail recipe from great canadian liquor store

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka such as Smirnoff
  • 1 oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur
  • 1½ oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1½ oz heavy cream
for a frozen version
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup ice
Optional Garnish
  • Shaved chocolate
  • Chocolate sauce for the glass rim

Method

  1. If desired, drizzle chocolate sauce onto a plate and dip the rim of the cocktail glass into the sauce.
  2. Add vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add two handfuls of ice and shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
Frozen Mudslide
  1. Add vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys, vanilla ice cream, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
