Mudslide Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 Oz vodka such as Smirnoff
- 1 Oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur
- 1½ Oz BaileysIrish Cream
- 1½ Oz heavy cream
for a frozen version
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup ice
Optional Garnish
- Shaved chocolate
- Chocolate sauce for the glass rim
Method
- If desired, drizzle chocolate sauce onto a plate and dip the rim of the cocktail glass into the sauce.
- Add vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker.
- Add two handfuls of ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
Frozen Mudslide
- Add vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys, vanilla ice cream, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
